I have a little dry-erase board on the fridge that tells me that there's only 27 days till we tie the knot. In exactly four weeks and five hours we'll be having our reception at Baila Venues. We have a lot done and a lot to do, but we've had a lot of help and I'm sure that we've got more on the way.
Man, I'm excited you guys! I hope you all are too!
I'm happy to see some of those RSVPs starting to come in! I want to do something neat with them so make sure you do send yours back; don't horde it thinking we know you're coming.
About the Location
I think for the most part everyone understands that the party is in Alabama. On the invitation it doesn't specify too much and that's largely due to space. One of the reasons we noted the blog on the invitations was to make up for what information we couldn't fit, and before I start getting questions about where the party is located I figured I would put all that information up now so you all can easily mapquest. For our address, you'll have to e-mail me, I'm not throwing that up online.

Baila is a somewhat new business, so the name itself may not come up on the mapquest search. The building is a former steakhouse of some kind so if you type the address and get something other than Baila it's probably still the right place.
As far a regional directions go, I assume most of you will be coming in from the Georgia direction so:
- Take the exit for McFarland Blvd. Exit 73 off of Highway 20-59
- Take a right onto McFarland Blvd.
- After a couple of miles you will see a Winn-Dixie on your right.
- There's a side road starting at the Winn-Dixie parking lot that runs alongside McFarland, get on it.
- Baila Venues will be on your right after you pass the strip mall the Winn-Dixie occupies.
There's a big sign and everything!
